A SPECIALIZED TEAM TO TEACH RAPID IMPROVEMENT WORKSHOPS
MVP Black Belt consultants have a unique mixture of hands-on experience as they all have spent time in the commercial truck collision repair business and have developed extensive industry-related training knowledge and experience. Their track record designates them as MVP Black Belt consultants, helping our collision repair partners improve processes and performance through the practical application of Lean Six Sigma.
The MVP Black Belt designation means that instructors have both the experience and the expertise to efficiently help customers in a consulting role for the application of a rapid improvement workshop (RIW). MVP Black Belt Instructors have proven their understanding of the science behind the teaching of the specific content of the RIW focus, and of how to apply it in the collision repair shop. They have all taught the MVP Green Belt training program, or at least those portions of it which are related to their experience. Many have an MBA and some have more than 35 years of experience.
In a nutshell, MVP Black Belt Consultants have:
- Extensive experience, hands on, collision repair business and process development
- Experience as a Green Belt program trainer for the MVP Business Solutions™ group
- Formal training and mentoring in Lean Six Sigma
- Extensive experience in working with hundreds of collision repair owners and managers across North America
