Rapid Improvement Workshops are designed to deliver immediate process improvement. You and your team will “get things done” with an MVP Black Belt consultant during this on-the-floor workshop. Rapid Improvement Workshops focus on critical process improvement in a “one thing at a time” approach. If you want to move your process from Current State to a defined Future State an MVP Rapid Improvement Workshop is an educational and effective approach.
