Refinish Area Optimization workshop participants learn:
- Current performance based on historical data: booth cycle time, Paint hours produced, Production efficiency
- Measurement of booth cycles to identify improvement opportunities
- Potential for the shop based upon equipment and personnel
- Action plan designed to drive improvement
- Team meeting to discuss & refine action plan and begin implementation

Shop Owners, Shop Managers, Production Managers, Paint Department staff, Servicing Distributor staff, Local PPG staff

3 full days on-site
WORKSHOP SIZE
6-8 Shop participants, a cross section of roles and responsibilities associated with the target process
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS
Any PPG Commercial Truck customer is eligible to participate in any MVP commercial truck training
Completion of the MVP Commercial Truck Green Belt training with data pointing to the paint department as the area to begin
