Mark graduated from East Carolina University in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration. His entire career has been in the Automotive Aftermarket space. His entrance in to Collision began in 1989 with Sherwin-Williams in sales and technical support roles. In 1996 he joined the PPG team as a Territory Manager and then as Regional Business Development Manager. In both those roles success was found by taking a comprehensive approach when working with customer by utilizing many of the tools available from the Business Solutions team. In 2019 he joined a PPG Platinum distributor as a General Manager once again focused on improvement and process refinement.

My sincere belief is that training and education are the building blocks for improvement in any organization and once ingrained in the culture the ability to learn, adapt and change become welcomed challenges and more importantly a primary resource for sustainability and survival.
