A SPECIALIZED TEAM OF MVP COLLISION MANAGEMENT EXPERTS, CERTIFIED BLACK BELT OR MASTER BLACK BELT CONSULTANTS
All MVP Green Belt instructors are members of the MVP Business Solutions team. They all have a unique mixture of hands-on experience as they all have worked in the collision repair business for many years and have developed extensive industry-related and training knowledge and experience. Their track record designates them as MVP Black Belt consultants, helping our collision repair partners improve processes and performance through the practical application of Lean Six Sigma.
The MVP Black Belt designation means that instructors have both the experience and the expertise to efficiently help clients in a consulting role for the application of Lean Six Sigma. MVP Black Belt Instructors have proven their understanding of the science behind the teaching, and it’s applicability to the collision repair industry. They all have taught the Green Belt training program, many have an MBA or more than 30 years of collision repair industry experience.
In a nutshell, MVP Green Belt instructors have:
- Extensive experience, hands on, in the collision repair business and in process development
- A proven track record in applying Lean Six Sigma principles to collision repair
- Experience as a Green Belt program trainer for the MVP Business Solutions group
- Formal training and mentoring in Lean Six Sigma
- Extensive experience in working with hundreds of collision repair owners and managers across North America
