LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES LEVEL 3
This is where you can engage with one of our Business Solutions Group Team Members on a larger scale leadership project. This could be planning for and executing your annual leadership team strategy meeting, a major business change or working one-on-one with you to observe and coach you on your leadership and management skills with your staff.
LEVEL 3 OBJECTIVE
To assist leaders to develop strong leadership skills needed to achieve the goals and results of the organization. Participants will receive personalized coaching and assistance concerning the preparation and execution of their own business project.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Shop Owners, Managers, Key Personnel, Team Leaders and anyone who is responsible for managing and leading others.

LEVEL 3 LENGTH
This is an individual based program and the length of time necessary to complete will vary depending on the project selected.
PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS
PPG customers who have completed the Leadership Development Series Level 1 and Level 2 programs and have proof of application and results from what they learned in the Leadership Development Series Level 1 and Level 2 programs.
