Knapp, an MVP Black Belt Consultant, has over 20 years’ experience in the collision repair business. Knapp began his collision repair career in high school, working as a technician and later as a manager, while attending high school and college. For the past 15 years, David has been a collision industry consultant and trainer, working with progressive-minded shop owners throughout North America. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations as well as an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri.
