The skills learned through Job Methods will help managers and team leaders approach process improvement using a proven, simple and practical approach. Participants are taught how to break down jobs into their component operations. Every detail is questioned in a systematic manner to generate ideas for improvement.
New methods are developed by eliminating, combining, rearranging, and simplifying steps in the process. This course provides resourceful methodologies for identifying and addressing improvement opportunities in the business.
