Bob has been in the collision repair industry nearly forty years starting out as a collision and refinishing tech in the Pittsburgh area. After working in both independent and dealership shops, Bob became a collision and refinishing instructor at a post-secondary CTE school.  Bob also enjoyed a successful 35-year career at State Farm. During that time, he held positions as an auto estimator, metro claims supervisor, corporate claims instructor, general superintendent, claims training manager & company spokesperson. Bob spent 25 years at State Farm corporate headquarters where he co-founded and managed an auto/fire product liability unit and a collision industry video webcast known as the Hi-Tech Toolbox. Bob serves as Chairman for the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides for Schools program and is a member of the CIC Education Committee.
With increasing demands on repairers for efficiency and quality repairs, Bob believes the information and training necessary to meet those demands is paramount to our customer’s success. As part of the MVP team, Bob’s focus is to develop innovative ways to help all levels of collision repair employees and management access timely information and training.
