Ken started his career in collision repair in 1988, with over 10 years with Allstate Insurance Company and then 15 years with AkzoNobel. He had numerous roles with Allstate, from a field adjuster to traveling the country training claim employees. His roles at AkzoNobel ranged from Business Development Manager, Services Consultant and Services Manager. This allowed him to work with hundreds of collision repair facilities, with his main focus on educating his customers on how to successfully manage a collision repair center. Striving for his students and customers to take the lessons learned and implement them back in their business. Ken received his B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Economics, from Auburn University and now lives in Atlanta, GA.“Life is short and this work, collision repair, is very hard, so I focus on three fundamentals with my customers, Education, Motivation, and Celebration. Everything starts with being educated on the subject or process. Then having the motivation to use or implement what you have learned.
