ParaKaizen® Workgroups provide owners and managers who have completed the MVP Green Belt training program and are on the path of continuous improvement with a suite of workshops that focus on the practical application of Lean Six Sigma for collision repair. The ParaKaizen formula features small groups, shop floor oriented training developed to provide its participants with the resources and skills to ensure their shops’ throughput performance benefits from continuous process improvements. They are led by experienced MVP Black Belt consultants and limited to 12 participants.
