ART OF EXECUTION Course Overview
WHEN ACHIEVING MISSION CRITICAL GOALS IS NOT OPTIONAL
In order to thrive in today’s competitive environment and respond quickly to changing industry trends, an organization must be able to execute change effectively. This two-day course provides leaders with a comprehensive understanding of how to identify mission critical goals and initiatives that successfully drive organizational change. Leaders often know what needs to be changed. However, they often lack a concrete approach to execute their ideas.

Most organizations do a great job identifying what needs done. Why is it then that those same organizations have so much difficulty implementing change? The reality is we all get caught up in day-to-day business and never seem to implement our long term initiatives. Organizations that are best at execution use a simple, disciplined process to align resources and drive action on these critical few, long term initiatives.

Course participants will discover the MVP Art of Execution Model along with the practical management principles of Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership II ©. These principles enable leaders to effectively guide their employees to execute select critical goals that will result in positive organizational change. Because each employee adapts at a different rate, it is imperative that leaders learn how adjust their leadership approach to maximize individual employee performance and productivity.
