The 3 Types of Managerial Styles – Students will explore the three typical managerial approaches that are used to manage contemporary collision centers. They will study the impact of (1) Traditional, (2) Progressive, and (3) Leadership approaches to organizational management.
Defining Organizational Values and Mission – The course focuses on the significance of building a successful organization based on leadership, vision, and core-values. Learn how the power of developing an organizational mission statement can focus your employees on the critical success factors and goals needed to maximize organizational performance.
Exploring Traditional and Non-Traditional Structures – Discover the impact of organizational culture and how leaders can improve their companies by implementing a non-traditional approach when structuring their companies. CERTIFICATION & TRAINING MATERIALS
I-CAR students are eligible to receive 3.50 Gold Class points for this course. Automotive Management Institute (AMI) students are eligible to receive 28 Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) credits. Participants will receive a student manual, course hand-outs, lunch, refreshments, and an MVP certificate of completion.
