ACCREDITATION
MVP Business Solutions leads the industry in accreditations for I-CAR and AMI, in particular with the Business Fundamentals Series. I-CAR Gold Class Professionals Designation represents a symbol of excellence among consumers, insurers and other stakeholders in collision repair. Achieving and maintaining Gold Class Professionals Designation is now made easier than ever as all of the MVP Business Solutions courses are accredited by I-CAR. Automotive Management Institute (AMI) offers the first business management accreditation specifically for the owner/manager, the Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation. The AAM recognizes industry professionals who have successfully completed course work and earned a minimum of 120 credits. More than 1,300 individuals have earned the prestigious AAM designation, with approximately 150 new graduates each year. The AAM designation has become a cornerstone in professionalizing automotive service management. The prestigious designation is a symbol of professional achievement that will continue to shape the future of the automotive service industry. For more information visit www.amionline.org.
IN RELATION WITH GREEN BELT TRAINING
Business Fundamentals courses do not cover Lean Six Sigma principles like in Green Belt Training, but they do cover the best practices that complement our overall throughput performance strategy. Depending on a collision shop’s sense of urgency and level of commitment to change, different training paths can be chosen to achieve their performance vision at a chosen pace. Some customers who have attended our MVP Business Fundamentals courses later decide to undertake Green Belt Training. On the other hand, many Green Belt graduates follow-up by attending or sending others from their company through our Business Fundamentals courses.
