This one-day course focuses on fundamental best practices for administrative management. The workshop targets the benefits of an organized front office utilizing process orientation. Using 5-S Workplace Organization as a formal, repeatable system to (1) Sort, (2) Simplify, (3) Systematically Clean, (4) Standardize, and (5) Sustain workplace organization. Understanding and applying the 5-S System in your front office can dramatically improve performance and reduce stress throughout your entire business.

REVIEWING AND OPTIMIZING SYSTEMS, PROCESSES & CAPACITY
– Learn the best practices to meet internal customer requirements, to keep the external customer informed and to avoid embarrassing mistakes that cause dissatisfaction.

OFFICE DOCUMENTATION, FILING & PAPER FLOW – Learn a simple information system for managing insurance DRP requirements.
