This intensive program is filled with highly interactive exercises, role plays, and case studies where participants will learn to apply foundational communication principles. Participants will complete the TRACOM© WORK/SOCIAL STYLES assessment to identify their preferred style of communication. In addition, they will learn how to:
- (1) Build positive work teams
- (2) Improve listening and questioning skills
- (3) Facilitate effective team meetings
- (4) Conduct brain-storming sessions
- (5) Synchronize verbal and non-verbal communication.

CERTIFICATION & TRAINING MATERIALS
I-CAR participants are eligible to receive 3.75 Gold Class points for this course. Automotive Management Institute (AMI) participants are eligible to receive 28 Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) credits. Participants will receive a student manual, course hand-outs, lunch, refreshments, and an MVP certificate of completion.
