Tom Nicholas

Nicholas, an MVP Green Belt Consultant, began his career in the collision industry as a technician over 25 years ago. Prior to joining PPG in 1995, Nicholas owned a collision center that specialized in highline vehicles. Throughout Tom’s career at PPG, he has held positions in Sales and MVP program development.
From my
perspective
Facility improvements are only a portion of the changes necessary to improve collision center performance. Owners, managers, technicians and the administrative staff should take time to evaluate their current processes and focus on future throughput performance as a team. Physical layout and design is most effective when done in parallel with the development of stronger processes.
