Since joining PPG in 1990, Martin has used his extensive background in sales, technical training, and business development education to guide the delivery of MVP Training programs and certifications development.  He completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership.  While with PPG, he has held various positions in the Automotive Refinish Group, managing Business Development Centers, supporting the Platinum Distributor Program, and working with the CertifiedFirst® Network of collision repair centers.
