Customer Service Coordinator
Beth Kassabri has been spreading the word about the value of the CertifiedFirst® Network ever since the program’s implementation, in 2000. She is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, with a major in Organizational Leadership. Working with program participants as well as internal sales staff, Beth utilizes her extensive sales and communication ability to define and promote the program’s features, benefits and marketing tools.
