Young, an MVP Green Belt Consultant, has worked in the collision industry for over 7 years. His varied background, working first as a Project Manager for General Motors before joining 3M Canada as a Sales Representative in the Automotive Aftermarket Division, gives him a unique perspective on the industry. He has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.

perspective
Improvement in production, cycle time and profitability at a collision centre is the sum of small actions taken regularly and sustained in the culture. By approaching improvement in this manageable, step-wise fashion, leaders can set measurable and attainable goals which will ensure business success in the long run. Beware the magic pill…only incremental and manageable change creates sustained success.
