Business Solutions Manager
Charlie has over 40 years experience in the collision repair industry. He began his career as a repair and refinish technician, (awarded interprovincial seal), progressed to management of collision centers in both large dealerships and independent shops. Bathurst has a passion for the collision industry, and has served as a director of ASRA, a member of the Alberta Skills Council, a charter member I-CAR Canada and on I-CAR Canada’s Board of Directors and on a local apprenticeship board. He also served 13 years in fire fighting services as a training officer as well as a Chief. Charlie joined PPG’s Added Value Team as a District Manager for PPG Refinish Canada 12 years ago. Prior to PPG, Charlie was the Training Manager for I-CAR Canada. Heholds the following professional designations: AMI Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM), ASE Master Autobody and Paint Technician and I-CAR Platinum.
